Broken Images on Safari browser

Hi all,
today i have run my documentation and no picture is visible. Please see the screenshot.

I am using version - Version 17.2.1 (18617.1.17.11.12, 18617)

When I open console I see error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) - cdn.coda.io

In chrome browser is everything visible.

Link for the documentation:

Could you please help?

Thanks

Lukas

Got the same problem for two days now, but it’s not just Safari.

Safari 18.0 on macOS and iOS - images are not displayed
Chrome 129 on macOS - images are displayed
Chrome 129 on iOS - images are not displayed

Some of my docs are published and all the viewers I’ve contacted report this issue.

Thanks Otto, for your information. Please let me know when support solve it. I have shared docu and images are very important for users. Or If I could help with something to report or send some details to coda support, I will do. You can ping me via private chat. Thanks and have a great day

Hello, it does not work in Firefox on Windows 11 either.
Please solve the issue and let us know.

I didn’t try this at first, but can now confirm: Clicking / tapping the blank image placeholder and selecting the fullscreen double arrows shows the image. So this is a workaround.

It works, but it is really workaround. I will inform my users that it is a temporary solution for showing a picture. Thanks Otto.

@Otto_Kiefer , @Liza_Olenderek - It works for me again under Safari web browser
