I recently changed my emails as I tested Coda with designer@claudiasteynberg.com then migrated to my business email hello@howaboutnow.design. both are Gmail but weirdly I can share documents from my designer@ email to my hello@ but not the other way around. I get this error:
The one below suggests that if you’re on a business domain that you need a paid plan but I couldn’t find anything in the coda help so would need Codan to chime in here.
This post say you can invite the email to the Workspace to get around the issue:

Thanks Ryan, I have found those but still seems strange that it works one way but not another as both emails are ‘business’ emails. Will contact support to see if there might be a reason for this.
