Checked boxes have become unchecked

Hello! I have a LARGE table that pulls in email threads from a support email account. I have it set so that when an email support request is completed an employee clicks the checkbox marking it ‘done’. Suddenly ALL rows have become unchecked. Any idea why this would happen or how to fix in en masse?

Did you check the document version history? I suggest that as a first step, isolate the change where they all flipped. Then you can see if it was linked to a user or to the automation bot, which may help further narrow things down if you need to talk to support.

Yeah not much help there. A lot of automation bot notifications but no other info.

Do you have any automations that modify those checkboxes?

I don’t believe so - just the sync from gmail which shouldn’t affect the filters right?
