Would love to see more fields available in the browser extension. Description is the obvious one. Would also like to see a tags column, where you can add some organisational tags before saving. Perhaps the app could read (previous tags used) and auto-complete a dropdown list while typing.
The latter might be difficult, but simply being able to add some more useful information before hitting the save button I would say is an essential feature.
