Coda for Knowledge Management/2nd Brain

Hi there!

Is anyone using Coda for a 2nd Brain/Knowledge Management/Life OS situation? I’m looking for examples of organizing 100s of notes that are 1000s of words long and can also be related to other entities in Coda (tags/topics).

I looked through the Docs gallery but everything there related to notes is too simple and not really related to what I’m looking for.

Thanks!

Not really doable yet.

Idk if you know about RoamResearch, but an alternative that I have been enjoying is Obsidian

HI Sara,

FYI - in case you have not already seen this functionality.

This might be a bit late for you, but Coda recently introduced a new functionality on the button that allows the duplication of a page, while recording a link to that page in a separate column.

I have just used it to create a hierarchical structure of a sub-project page created from a sub-project template, creating meetings for the subproject from meeting templates, from where a table of action items is maintained.

I am thinking that it should be possible to do a networked structure as well, and there is nothing stopping the “template page” from being a completely blank page. Except for may be a table with a button to create new linked pages…
