Concatenate problem - Numbers and letters

Hiya,

I have a formula that I’m having trouble understanding.

I built a formula a while back that has numbers and letters (both source columns are “text” columns).

It works fine when the letters are in one column, but not in the other.

Any thoughts on how to fix this??

Like … I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong with the source columns – as far as I can see they are text columns, but in the formula they show up as numbers columns???
