Conditional dynamic filter on forms

I’m sure I’ve seen this demonstrated in a coda showcase or similar, but I can’t find it! Did I dream it? Was it an April Fool?! Maybe someone could link to a relevant post or help me work out how to do it.

I’m after the ability to display only relevant options to subsequent questions on a form. In other words, the available options for Q2 are filtered by the selection for Q1.

To make it more concrete, if someone is submitting a form to add to a bulk clothing order, Q1 is the style of garment (tee or hoody, ladies or unisex…), then Q2 should only allow them to choose the available sizes for that style.

Or, in another example, RSVPs for whether people are able to attend an event. Q1 might be availability Yes/No, then Q2 should only give them options for what food to bring if their answer to Q1 is Yes.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello @David_Walter

Please, check these two post I did about forms. I hope they help you.

Brilliant. Thank You, Felipe. It was indeed your post(s) I remember seeing before!

Simple when you know how, eh! This will breathe even more flexible functionality into Coda for me.
