Confusion Regarding Cross Doc

Hello!

So I thought I had this figured out, but I think I’m confused about how Cross Doc works.

I have 4 interconnected tables, in Doc A. So I create a “public view” of all those tables. Then I bring over all those views to Doc B. But when I bring them over to Doc B, all the relation columns are gone.

Do I have to bring over the original tables in order to keep the relations? Or do I have to change the relation to be the public view version of the tables?

Hi! For your relation columns to work you’ll need to cross doc those base tables over as well. Hope that helps! :slightly_smiling_face:
