Love Coda. Would love even more when I’m able to “copy and paste” a column format to other column. Like the “Format Painter” from Excel or Sheets.
Or even crtl+select more than one column and change their format in one go.
Hope you guys are planning on implementing that. 
I completely agree that there’s a need for this!
Something else that would (at least in part) solve this problem is if a column could inherit the format from a column it is referencing.
E.g. if I’ve got a column formatted as a currency with a divider for 1,000 and no decimals, and I reference that column from another column, I’d like that other column to default to the same formatting.
Yes Yes Yes! And please don’t just think of formatting as font and colors styles. Format should also include the way dates or numbers are formatted. For example, if someone selects “Copy Format” for date cell “10/05/2025” and “Paste Format” to cell “Dec 12, 2025”, that cell should become “12/12/2025” thereafter. That’s how excel treats formatting.
