Happy Pack Studio Launch Day, everyone!
I decided today might be a good day to launch a Pack I have been working on for a bit but when I tried to upload my cover photo, I received this:
I have received that in the past but only when my file size was too large. This is a 57 KB .PNG so I figured it was worth an ask to see if anyone else was seeing the same.
It does seem to work with a .jpg of the same image but gave me a failure on the first upload try with that one as well.
I’ll update if I see it again!
Thanks for the heads up @Thomas_Baucom. We’ve been having some intermittent issues with our virus scanner that runs on all uploads, and this could be a symptom of that. If you see it again let us know.
