Failed to get marketplace information for Pack

I’m unable to add assets to my pack. Error occurs in Brave, Safari, and Firefox. Adblockers and vpns have been disabled to non-filtering.

Hi @balupton - Thanks for the report! I’m seeing the same thing on my Packs, and this looks to be a new bug. I’ll raise it with the team and we should be able to get a fix out soon.

@balupton - Looking more closely the marketplace error message is annoying but actually doesn’t stop you from making any changes to your listing. The different error message about the missing asset is separate, and I’ve seen that before when trying to upload a cover image that is too large. Can you try scaling down your cover image to the recommended size and see if it uploads successfully then?
