Create a folder structure in Google Drive when a new line is entered

Hi everyone

Does anyone know how I can create a folder in Google Drive when a new record in a table is entered?

I’m thinking Integromate but I can’t work out how.

Just wondered if anyone had done it or know how I can achieve this.
