Creating a button to clear out a cell

I’m trying to add a clear button. when i hit the button, i want it to clear the date on that row. is there a formula for clearing a cell?

nevermind. i figure it out. double quotes did the trick.

What does the rest of your formula look like because double quotes is not working for me?
