Is there a way I can create a custom date format?

Assuming “custom” would mean none of the inbuilt ones, you could use Format

To be honest, I have never used this formula “Format” before, but for sure I will

I forgot to say that the custom format would be something like ‘Monday, January 1st, 2020’ (and of course, the day of the week, the month, and the year could be shortened like “Mon Jan 1st '20” if desired.
