Display summary of table grouped in the top

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to display grand totals of tables when they have groups in the top? I can only see summaries per left group (in my example per value case), but not a summary per top group (I need total sum for worse case, total sum for better case)

And if that’s indeed the case — why is that so?

@Paul_Danyliuk, you’re right…
I just tried myself: it’s OK with multiple left group by, but mixing the two layouts (left, top), doesn’t show the full total.

Missing feature or its on purpose (in that case: why?)?
