Coda recently held its inaugural DOCtorate training course. It was six weeks and covered topics like schema design, formulas and user interface. It is really worthwhile, and I would heartily recommend that you attend if you ever have the opportunity.

The capstone doc that created for the course is called MO Property Investment Club v2.0
It consists of three main sections:
- Managing the investors
- Managing the properties
- Managing adminn- Which covers accounting, people (investors, tenants and employees) and a task list for maintenance and contract renewals.
Feel free to copy the doc and use it, or any portion of it. While the sections are designed to work together they can be used separately as well.
