Filter for table

Hello, I need help.

I’m making a budget table, in the budget section I make a filter by month. For the transaction table the filter works and the data changes according to the filter. But for the budgeting part, why doesn’t it change, and the data stays the same, when filling out two months, the data increases, and doesn’t follow the filter.

i cant see from the screenshot, so need to ask:
is the exact same filter logic specified for BOTH tables?
