If you’re talking about the Gmail Pack sync table, when you add a new column there is an option to add more Gmail features…
You can also use the formula…
Email.Label
which is the same thing as using the menu option.

Thanks a lot for your reply!
I started using the threads table contrary to the Email table.
The email table gives all the replies to the email, contrary to threads, which just give the main subject of the email and that’s that.
Within the threads table, I don’t find an option to add the label, tried cascading down from threads to emails, but didn’t find how, that might help?
