Is there a way to change the Sender “Name” (not the email address) when using the Gmail Pack? The email received comes through just as an email address, not "Alan DeYoung alan@wisconsinems.com:

Additionally, we have a shared Google Workspace email address that we would prefer out emails to be sent out through.
We aren’t sending mass emails through this. We have built forms that automatically send an email letting the form submitter that they submitted as a confirmation with some additional information about their submission. We are also using this as an automated email (Gmail Pack) to free up staff time.
