As a health services agency, we are looking at utilizing Coda for tracking contracts, grants and tasks, but we are concerned about HIPAA compliance of course. We would like to know how other health service agencies are handling this stumbling block? Any suggested solutions people are using?

I worked for an org constrained by HIPPA for a long time
Coda is not HIPPA compliant - so you cannot store any patient related data whatsoever.
But we still used Coda for higher level internal things - or contracts with health providers (doctors, etc) but not patients themselves.
We also used Google sheets and google apps script to automate all of our patient related HIPPA concerned data as we had a baa with them
