I have a sensitive doc in my company profile, and while its in a private folder, some team members are still able to see and open this doc in their “All Docs” section. The doc itself is not shared with them, and I dont see how they can see it while others can’t. is there a way to make sure that sensitive or unshared docs dont accidentally get opened by other team members?
As far as I know if doc is in private folder only way for people to see it is to either be added to doc itself or to whole folder. If that’s not the case it might be some bug, where contacting Coda support directly would probably be right next step.
