Is there an easy way to swap Gmail accounts? I have a couple of documents that I use to send out emails, but my company is changing our domain name. Is there a way to “hotswap” the email addresses, so I don’t have to break and rebuild everything?

Have you considered to share your doc with the “hotswap”, email addresses. Have in mind to give the necessary access rights to be able to do what you want.
You could even “open the door”, to copy the original doc from 1 email address and become the owner on the other email address.
