How to turn off 'sync roll for pull requests'

I’ve recently signed up to coda. However I’m getting these very frequent email notifications for ‘Sync full for pull requests’ failed to run. However if I look in the docs automations it says ‘You haven’t created any rules yet’. Any idea how I can turn this off?

Hi @Barclay_Gauld,

Do you know if you have created any automations in shared docs with other creators? There is an automation with that name somewhere that you have been in contact with which is why it’s sending you those notifications. Does the email take you a specific page/doc?
