Is it a bug in Two Way Sync Pack?

I’ve been trying to connect/sync my new two tables, however, although I’ve been getting a success message, my first table aren’t syncing on the second table & vice-versa.

UPDATE: 30 minutes after I tried to sync/click the Sync Row button, there’s a notification I received.

I don’t know why it failed, I believe I set up the settings correctly.

I already used this pack before in my previous documents, this is the first time I’ve encountered it. Is it a bug?

What is the formula on the Sync row button?
