I have grouped my projects and I was wondering if there was a way to change the title in each row? The project is IAM & SSO but I wanted to change the rows under it to different names. I have attached a picture for reference.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Could you make a copy of the doc, remove sensitive data and share it i edit mode here? It’s difficult to tell what’s the problem without looking under the hood

As @Pablo_DV said, an example document highlighting the issue is always helpful. It allows us to assist you more quickly and directly address the problem.
However, without the document, I can assume that your display column is currently set to the Project column instead of the Task Name column. The display column is indicated by a small badge near the column name (as shown in the image below). To change the display column, you can right-click on any other column and select “Set as display column” from the menu.
Note: I am assuming that you have the same data displayed in a table view instead of a timeline. If not, you can check these properties in the timeline options.
