Hi all! I have 2 tables, one table called Projects and another one called Resources. Both tables have “Role” column in them. Can I make a picklist that filters by role, both tables? I can do it with buttons and runactions but if I have 100 roles to filter through, I wouldn’t want to create 100 buttons. Rather, create 1 dropdown menu with all the options.

Yes, you can. Just make a filter formula that filters based on the selectlist (or no filter if selectlist is blank).
