Keeping my document small with auto deletion

Hi, I know how to put a filter together for finding the last 30 days transactions, but how do I create an automation to delete anything older than 30 days to keep my document small?

Dear @Marni_Melrose,

What comes to my mind is to use buttons and automation.
I would recommend initially to move “older files” to an archive table and at a later stage delete them.
