Hi @Pavan_Kashyap_Siddavatam, unfortunately we are currently experiencing an outage with our virus scanning provider, which is also affecting custom icons. We’re working with the vendor to resolve this and suggest trying again once the incident tracked here is resolved: Coda Status - Attachment and image processing delays. Apologies for the disruption!
