Limit the height of table with ability to scroll instead the table instead of scrolling the whole page

Having huge table in a page and having some other stuffs beneath on a page is not pratically, I have to scroll the page a lot to view.
Instead being able to limit the view of the table to a certain value so that if we scoll the page we can go down the other elements on the page, but we can also scroll withing the table to see the other rows.
