New User Invite Not being sent

I have a couple users that I’ve been trying to invite, but they have not received the invite emails even in their spam folder. When I enter their email address I get an “Invite Sent!” message, but they never receive it. I’ve “removed” and reinvited both users multiple times but still nothing. I’ve invited plenty of other users with various domains in their email address who have all received the invite without a problem.

Has anyone run into this before? How do we fix it?

Yes, the email addresses are pretty fresh and managed by Google.

Just learned from my users that they logged in to Coda via Google’s authentication mechanism rather than clicking on any invite to their email … a little bizarre but at least they are in.

If for any reason the accounts are bouncing emails, they can get into a ‘Supression List’ and then you need to ask customer service to get them out of it. But glad it worked with the google button.

Just a complement.

As far as I know, the email sent is only a notification. If you provide the link to the doc by other means, the user will still be able to access it. They just need to log in or create an account using the email you shared access with.
