Not able to log in into my COda file via Microsoft account due to associated emails duplication

Hi there, I am not able to access my documentation in Coda anymore, better to say I am not able to log in into my Microsoft account anymore - it has been working wor almost 2 weeks and suddenly it drops me out.
When trying to get to my files using Microsoft account authenticate I get “double accounts associate” error message… Has anybody any experience with this issue, it really drives me crazy as I was putting thore all important information around my product, which I can’t access !!!
