Possible to take a specific team members time off or planned vacation and have it impact the overall project timeline, when multiple team members are involved?

I have a timeline of our projects that is broken down by different stages and each stage corresponds to a different team member. I’d like to project timeline to shift when someone goes on vacation or has vacation planned.

One idea that comes to mind is to set up a reference column with folks’ vacation days, and add that as a dependency. Could something like that work for you?
