[Caveat - I have not completely ruled out user error here, but I’m pretty sure this happened autonomously!]

From sometimes on Aug 30 to sometime on Sep 1, default column values were not being applied in the main doc in which I use this feature (and create rows frequently enough to be able to do good forensics).

Check your docs for new rows created around this time to make sure they got the correct defaults.

Thanks for reporting this, @Nick_HE ! I escalated this to our testing team, but they were unable to reproduce the described issue. The value for new rows seems to be currently working as intended. Please submit a bug report with our Support team, including your doc or a screencast if you’d like us to investigate further.
