99% of the times I have to create a specific type column (mostly Date, Date Time, Number) I have to change the default format.
It would be extremely useful to have a Default Configuration Settings - at workspace level, perhaps - where the document creator can set the most common used DataTypes format.

It would be very helpful for me too ! I’m in France and in my company, the users don’t even notice that the basic format is not the same that we use and it leads to confusions between day and month if I didn’t remember to change it on a new table.
Also, I have the same problem with currency. It would be great if we could set currency format and date format on workspace level.
