We have a master table/database where we upload a .csv once per day. I am trying to rollback to a previous version and want to check how to do this? Does anyone have any tips or advice? Even if it’s manually row by row it would help fix this mess we are in.

Good news:
This will bring a list of changes to the doc. How far back it goes depends on the plan level that you are on. You can then copy the doc with the last good contents, and from that “Copy good doc”, you can then copy and paste the contents of the master table into your current doc.
This approach will keep changes to the rest of the doc between the good version and the current version of your master table.
