Run paid conference registration on Coda?

I’ve been searching to see if anyone has done this but haven’t found any examples. We’re considering using Coda (with links to Stripe) as our conference registration system (instead of Eventbrite, RegFox, MeetingHand etc). Can anyone foresee any problems with that? We’re expecting 150 people.

Would love to hear your thoughts on pros and cons and be pointed to what others have done.

Thanks
Jen

Has anyone even seen this done even if you don’t have deep knowledge of how?

Should be able to do it!

I run all my coda template sales on a coda doc hooked up with stripe.

You can see it here:

I would definitely leverage their publishing features! Reach out if you need anymore help. Hard to give too much direction as I don’t have too much context from your end

Thanks @Scott_Collier-Weir. It seems like it shouldn’t be a problem.
My plan is:

  • Publish a doc as the conference website including one page as a registration form
  • (Generate?) Allocate a unique payment code to each registrant for them to enter into Stripe so I can easily match payments with registration

I’ve looked at many of your very helpful templates and videos and hope to integrate some of the suggestions into the doc/form. Thank you again.
