I’d like for all of my tables to be the same width. Is there a way to easily set the width?

Unfortunately no. The tables go as wide as the sum of all the columns’ width.
You can select all columns in a table and change their size simultaneously, but they will end up with the same width and you’d have to do the same on all tables.
