Sending reminders to Slack on an specific date should be easier.
Here’s my use case: I’m using Coda as my CRM and I want to receive a reminder in Slack when I need to follow up on prospects.
Yesterday I spent a lot of time on this and fortunately made it work, but it was a bumpy road. I think it would be easier if you just include a ‘reminder’ feature within the Slack integration (where you specify date, channel and message, just like the ‘/remind’ code in Slack).
