Summarize table with average formula

i have (Detailed Actual Quantity2) incluide no of villas each villa has items and sub items and progress and retion and quantity and icalculate total value and retention and net value for each villa

i have summary (Actual Quantity Summary 2)table to get the summary for each item for average progress and average quantity and total quantity and total retion and net value

but the summary two tables is not the same
how can i make the summary table as the detailed table
