Hi, I created this template inspired by all the many good (and not-so-good!) 1:1 meetings I participated in during my time at Google and elsewhere. My goal was to help set expectations, establish an agenda, and find a way to map short-term activity to long-term goals. In essence, it’s a lightweight way to keep conversations focused, week in, week out, so that you can have catch-ups that are productive for both manager and employee.
