The current number won't match in a formula

Hi

I’m trying to create a formula that if the following number matches then do something.

Now I can use pretty much everything and it works but not this number; 2810-103. It turns out that I can use anything as long as not a number like 1234-123 (4 then a 3).

The column has to be formatted as a text column as other values maybe 2301PA, 5421-123, 3011WS-123.

It seems if i click on the cell and copy the contents ‘2810-103’ and paste it into my formula, it pastes: ‘EpochToDate(26531625600)’

If I copy ‘2301PA’ it pastes ‘2301PA’

Now this has to be the issue but I can’t get around it.

Any ideas?
