Hey everyone! A few months ago, I started using Coda to run the Brex weekly product team meetings. This doc has evolved a lot over the last few months. Hoping folks find it helpful 
At the moment, “Word of the Week” is the section that’s become the most helpful. We’ve found that work has become much more transactional when 100% conducted via zoom … so creating ways to bake in “fun” is so so so helpful. And recently I’ve pushed the team to make their updates 100% personal - so no work-related updates … it’s a really nice way to kick off the week and help our team stay connected.
