Why are the subpage 'card link' cover images such poor quality now? Did something change?

Does anyone know if there’s been a change to the image that subpages show on the page link ‘cards’ (Page options > Subpages (ON)? And if so, whether you have any tips on an easy way to manage how the ‘subpage link card’ images appear?

Previously, it was pulling in an image of the subpage cover/header, centered and tidy. Now, it’s pulling in a zoom-ed in, blurry, unprofessional-looking image:

Thanks, @Shaina_Torgerson!
Is there anything else I need to do to follow up on this bug? I’m requesting help on this on behalf of the doc owner I partnered with on this.

PS: They’ve shared it to over 30K of their substack subscribers, so it would better promote Coda if fixed.
