I currently have a bunch of different google accounts. Work, Personal etc. I would love there to be an easy account switcher so I can switch from 1 account to the other.
Additionally it would be brilliant to also have an account per open tab. So in chrome I can have a coda doc that is linked to my personal account open and in another tab one that is linked with my work account.
I too have this problem so far I’ve been getting around it by using the account switcher that’s built into google chrome, which will change your default account for all google services
+1 on this! I do Coda consulting for multiple clients simultaneously, and having to sign out and sign in every time is a major PITA.
Making a separate Chrome account for each GSuite email that I’m getting from each client could work, but it’s not really convenient. I usually work in one browser window. Gmail can handle different accounts in different tabs under the same window — I would really love the same capability for Coda.
+1 to this. I want to use Coda for work, personal matters, and side projects. Those all have different accounts for me. I’d love to have the ability to switch gracefully.
I think this would be a good thing to have, although I would like a more integrated solution to manage multiple accounts (personal and work) without even needing to switch accounts:
LOL, what I do is I use Edge for my Coda Work account and Chrome for my personal Coda account (this acct).
What I hate is when I click links from Coda emails out of Outlook (which has a setting specifying Edge to open links ) , and I end up replying to community posts from my work account (purple ‘W’) - annoying because my personal community account is more mature than my work account…
So yes, this would be an appreciated feature to have!
This would definitely be appreciated. I have three accounts for different settings and it is currently a pain to go between them. Also, you only get notifications on desktop or mobile from the account you are currently signed in to. Would love to be able to be signed in to all of my accounts in the app, and subsequently receive notifications from all of the associated work spaces.
