Approval workflow

Hi Everybody

I am an architect and we need to get almost everything approved by a client or specialist. For now we write an E-mail with the PDF and ask for approval. This works mostly fine with one person to approve but mostly there are multiple people involved and with email it is easy to loose track. We could make a seperate list to have an overview, but it would be great to have everything in one. Like here:

I started something, but i dont know how to send an approval email trough coda where the contact can sign off.

cool thanks! looks great, im kinda thinking to have something where i type in a list of people and each of them have to aproove.
