Depending how fancy you want to get with it, it could be very simple.
Just make a table with 4 columns: Title (text), Embed (calculate), Link (url to video) and Blurb(Explainer text)
For the Embed column, have it be a calculated column with the formula being: Embed(thisrow.link)
Your table should look like this:
Then just make a detail view of that table, choose Edit Layout to show and hide the correct columns.
This is like the bare bones version though. You can get fancy with it if you wanted I’m sure.

Sounds cool. Your students could be free editors for your doc.
Do you want to have a new copy of the doc for each student, or would your students share the same doc? (I can see it working either way.) If you have students sharing the doc, decide if having info on hidden pages is enough privacy, or if you need more privacy.
