Buttons formula

Hello, I am stuck on a formula and was wondering if someone can tell me what I am doing wrong (coda support channel changed )

I need to the formula to do the following, when I press a button it should automatically press all the other buttons that are equal to that row?

Can someone help me? thanks!!
