Dear @mallika, Thanks sharing these very helpful tips I am just wondering if there is a more simple way then logging in as a different user to see how this user will see the doc? Maybe I am not aware that certain content is not hidden for this user and in this way creating confusion. My suggestion would be the “doc map” to contain all users, showing what content is available for each of them. Thanks for your attention, //JP
