Can I Show Image from Another Table as a Card Cover?

Does anyone know how to link images and make them card covers? There are really two things I don’t know how to do here:

  1. I want to auto-populate a (image) row in a table. The test doc is here:

  1. I’d love, if possible, to take that image in a card view of that same table and make it the card “cover”.

Is that possible?

I read this: Can I display an image in a cell from another table?

And that’s sort of what I’m looking for, but the formula isn’t working for me, I suspect because of the “distant” linking of tables (if that even makes sense).
