Can't paste images into docs anymore

Is it no longer possible to paste images from the clipboard into pages?

Hi Stian,

It is possible:

It depends on the kind and source of the image that you have.

I faced a similar issue yesterday.

In my case, I wanted to copy some images from one doc to another. These images were stored across several rows in an image column.

When I pasted them into the new table in another doc, only links appeared initially. However, when I pressed CTRL+Z, the images suddenly appeared correctly for some reason.

Best regards,
Arnhold

This is what it looks like to me if I paste an image into a doc.

It just pastes and empty link that leads nowhere.

CTRL-Z just removes the link.

Hey Stian, I can try to help. I just checked, and I’m not having an issue through a true “copy.” How are you copying it to the clipboard?

Having the same issue. Used to be able to just take a screenshot and paste, but now I can’t (Ctrl z does not work either). Has any work around been identified?

Work around I found was to save the image to disc, then Drag and drop image on to page.

FWIW: I’m on a Mac and I’m seeing the same issue using Firefox as my browser (it used to work fine previously). Pasting images works fine on Safari.

Good catch. I’m on Mac with Firefox and it used to work. Just tested on Chrome and I am able to paste without issue.
